Orders and Shipping
Standard delivery of goods ordinarily take two working day or more dependent on Royal Mail and their service at the time of posting.
Please click on the “My Account” at the top of the page and enter your email address underneath the “Register” section on the right hand side of page
During checkout shipping address can be specified and be different to the billing address, but can not be changed after checkout has completed.
Please log into your account to check the staus of your order to find the tracking number of the goods.
We do not store any credit/debit card details on file as all transactions are handled and processed by a third party card processor.
We do not charge sales tax on products we sell.
We only ship our products to UK and Northern Ireland.
All goods ordered will come in one package.

As disposable vapes are consumable items and in the interests of hygiene, disposable vapes are not returnable unless DOA (Dead On Arrival)
Please email us on email@example.com/ if you have received the incorrect goods. Please also attach pictures of the goods received to expediate the support process.

Any DOA (Dead On Arrival) goods or damaged must be returned for inspection. We will advise the returns address via email.
